The talks start on Wednesday 7th January, 8:00 - 9:30pm, in the Church Hall, Church of Mary Mother of God, Nag's Head Road, Ponders End, EN3 7AR. The speaker is Peter McWilliams, Head of RE, St Ignatius College
NORTH LONDON HOSPICE:
Many thanks to all of you who attended the Coffee Morning at 12, Betstyle before Christmas, which raised over £410 for the Hospice.
BERNADETTE CLUB:
The Post Christmas meeting is on Friday 9th January between 2 – 4 pm. All welcome.

CHRISTMAS MASS TIMES
Christmas Eve: Family Mass 6.30 pm
11.30 pm: Readings and carols
12.00 am: Midnight Mass
Christmas Day: 8.30 am; 9.45 am; 11.15 am; 12.30pm
THERE IS NO 6.30 pm MASS ON CHRISTMAS DAY
CRIB:
The Knights of St Columba will be putting up the Christmas Tree and Crib on Tuesday 16th December at 8 pm. We need some strong volunteers to help construct the Crib. Please be in the church ready to start at 8 pm. Thank you.
EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT:
On Sunday afternoon between 1.15 pm and 5.30 pm, ending with Benediction. You are all welcome to spend half an hour or so with the Blessed Sacrament during the afternoon.
ADVENT TALKS:
The Advent talks on St Paul continue on Wednesday, 17th December, at 7.30 pm in the Parish Hall. This week the topic is Paul’s second missionary journey.

FESTIVAL OF NINE LESSONS AND CAROLS, ST PAUL’S WOODLAND WAY:
Our Ecumenical Carol Service with St Paul’s takes place this evening, Sunday 21st December, at 6.30 pm. Our choir and readers will be taking part and you are all invited to join them.
ADVENT PENITENTIAL SERVICES:
Will take place on Monday 22nd December at 2.30 pm & 7.30 pm.
TINS FOR THE HOMELESS:

PARISH HELPERS PARTY INVITATION:
All those who contribute to the smooth running of our Parish in any way are invited by Fr. Tom and Fr. Damian to a “Thank You” Christmas Party on Sat Dec 13th from 7.30 pm. No matter what you do you are welcome, and as there are so many who help we can’t give individual invitations. Please bring your partner or a friend if you would like.
