SACRED HEART SCHOOL:
Maureen Ruane is retiring in July. She has spent 21 years working at Sacred Heart School, 20 of them as Headteacher. BRIDGE CLUB:
Our Bridge Club meets in the Small Hall on Thursday evenings. If anyone would like a friendly game, please come along at 7.45 pm any Thursday.

DIOCESAN CHARITIES COLLECTION:
There will be a special collection after all Masses this weekend for the Diocesan Charities Catholic Education, Catholic Communications and Apostleship of the Sea.
JUNE BAPTISM COURSE:
The next course begins on Monday June 6th when you will be asked to complete the application form. Please come to the Hall between 7 – 8 pm.
JOHN REID RIP:
Reception of the body will be on Wednesday 8th June at 5 pm. Requiem Mass follows on Thursday 9th June at 10 am.
STRAWBERRY CREAM TEA:
Vita et Pax Preparatory School invite you to join them to celebrate their 75th Anniversary on Sunday 12th June between 3 – 5 pm. Tickets are £5 per person. This event is not suitable for children.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION:
The Thanksgiving Mass for the Children who received First Holy Communion this year will be celebrated on Sunday 12th June at the 11.15am Mass, at which the children will receive their certificates. The photographer will also be available in the Parish Hall after this Mass for you to view to the First Holy Communion photographs.
CONFIRMATION PHOTOGRAPHS:
The photographer will be available to take orders between 10.30 am – 1 pm on Sunday 19th June 2011. Certificates will be available on the same day.
EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS:
If you attend any weekday Mass regularly and would like to become a Eucharistic Minister please see one of the Priests – thank you.
