THE FEAST OF OUR LADY OF WALSINGHAM:
We will be celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Walsingham on Sunday 25th September, in Corpus Christi, Maiden Lane, Covent Garden. Please come and join us for the 11.30 am Solemn Mass in the London Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham.
VOLUNTEERS MASS:
As part of the Year of Mercy, Cardinal Vincent Nichols will celebrate a Mass for workers and volunteers on Saturday 10th September at 2 pm in Westminster Cathedral. All welcome.
LOURDES MEETING:
There will be a meeting for all those going to Lourdes on Tuesday 23rd August at 7 pm in the Small Hall.
MARRIAGE PREPARATION VOLUNTEERS:
Marriage Care is a faith-based organisation that draws on its Catholic Christian tradition and contemporary research to help couples with marriage preparation and relationship counselling services.
Our Barnet & Enfield centre which covers North London is in urgent need of:
A Marriage Preparation Coordinator to liaise with couples, arrange dates and venues and ensure the smooth running of our marriage preparation service. The commitment would be approx. 4-6 hours a week.
Marriage Preparation Course Facilitators to present and facilitate marriage preparation courses to small groups of engaged couples, delivering usually three to four Saturday courses per year (training is provided).
