BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY:
As Monday is a Bank Holiday, there will be no 8 am Mass and the church will be closed after the 10 am Mass.
ROSA PUMA RIP:
The funeral will take place on Wednesday 1st June at 10 am.
YEAR OF MERCY DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO WALSINGHAM: Saturday 9th July.
If you signed up for the coach to Walsingham it would be very helpful if you paid for your seat now, or let us know if you no longer want it so that it can be given to someone else. The cost is £10/person. Please bring to the Office as soon as possible, or put an envelope through the Parish letter box with your name, and “Walsingham” on it. We have changed the starting time to 7 am, which is the latest we can leave to get to Walsingham on time.
JUNE BAPTISM COURSE:
The next Baptism course begins on June 6th, when you are invited to attend between 7 – 8 pm to complete an application form. The second part of the Course will be on the following Monday at 7.30 pm in the Small Hall.
PENNIES FOR PEACE:
If you have brought pennies, thank you very much. Please leave them in the Pax Basket, where they can be kept an eye on. Over the last year we have given over £500 to Pax Christi. If you would like to know more about their work for peace, please see their website: www.paxchristi.org.uk
NOTRE DAME DE FRANCE:
Justice and Peace are holding a service at Notre Dame de France, Leicester Place (off Leicester Square) on Saturday 25th June, at 2.30 pm to pray for refugees, using a 'Lampedusa Cross'.
BERNADETTE CLUB:
The June meeting is on Friday 3rd June from 2 – 4 pm in the Hall. New members welcome!
NEW SOUTHGATE CEMETERY MASS:
This will take place on Saturday 4th June at 11 am. If you are a reader or Eucharistic Minister and would like to serve at the Mass, please sign the list in the Church porch. You are welcome to bring a chair if you think you may need one.
Please note: there will be no 10 am Mass or Confessions that morning.
COUNTING TEAM MEMBER NEEDED:
