New planned giving envelopes are now available at the back of the Church. Please note envelopes are in alphabetical order and your number may have changed.
JOHN KELLY RIP:
The requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday, 18th November at 7.30 pm, before returning to Ireland for burial.
EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS & READERS:
There will be an afternoon of reflection and discussion for Eucharistic Ministers and Readers on Saturday 29th November, from 1.30 to 5.30 pm. Please make every effort to attend.
SICK AND RETIRED PRIESTS FUND:
This collection will take place this weekend. We now have over 80 sick and retired priests in the Diocese. Please give as much as you can, and if you pay income tax, please consider completing the Gift Aid declaration on the envelope, adding a further 25% of your donation from tax already paid on your donation. Donations can also be made online at rcdow.org.uk/donations. Thank you.
NOVEMBER BLESSING OF THE GRAVES:
If you wish to have a grave blessed please meet at the entrance of the cemeteries on the following dates and times in November:
Bells Hill: 3 pm on Sunday 16th.
New Southgate: 2.30 pm on 23rd.
CHILDREN’S LITURGY VOLUNTEERS:
During the 11.15 am Mass the younger children (4 – 7 years) are taken out by catechists to hear the Gospel in ways that are easier for them to understand. If you think you would be able to help with this ministry, please let the Parish Office have your details. Thank you.

NEW PAPER SHOP ROTAS:
There are new rotas in the paper shop which replace the one you may already have for November.
PRIMARY SCHOOL PRIEST REFERENCE FORMS:
If you are applying to a Catholic Primary School for your child for September 2015, you are asked to book an appointment for Monday 8th December for the priests to sign your form. The sheets are in the paper shop today. The appointments are for those parents who have already handed in self-assessment forms.
ROME & ASSISI PILGRIMAGE REUNION:
A reunion has been arranged for Friday 21st November at 7.30 pm in the Parish Hall for all those who participated in the Pilgrimage. Light refreshments will be provided. Please bring your mementos to share!
CHRISTMAS MARKET AND COFFEE MORNING IN AID OF BARNET MENCAP:
In the Parish Hall on Saturday 22nd November from 10 am – 12 noon. Lots of lovely Christmas gifts for sale and a Raffle. Donations of cakes on the day will be most welcome. Do come along and support this local charity offering much needed help to people with learning difficulties.
