COFFEE MORNING FOR BARNET MENCAP:
This will take place on Saturday 17th November between 10 am – 12 noon in the Parish Hall.  Raffle Prizes and cakes will be very much appreciated.

ACTION FOR HOMELESS IN BARNET:
This Advent we will be collecting once again for the Homeless in Barnet, but this year the charity have asked if we could donate toiletries as well as tins of food, eg. toothpaste, shampoo, disposable razors etc.

“THE GIRL NEXT DOOR”
Ten Ten Theatre invites parishioners to attend an open dress rehearsal on Friday 16th November at 4pm in the Parish Hall.  The Girl Next Door is a story about friendship, new beginnings and aspiration.  This is suitable for people aged 11+.  All are welcome.

 

FAIR TRADE:
The  stall is open after Saturday evening Mass and all Sunday morning. We pack up from 12.30 pm so please buy before that Mass and collect afterwards.  Thank you.

MAUREEN “PEGGY” THOMPSON RIP:
Maureen’s funeral takes place on Wednesday November 14th at 10 am.

NOVEMBER BAPTISM COURSE:
Continues on Monday 12th November at 7.30pm in the Small Hall.

Mass for the Dead at St Patrick’s, Leytonstone, on Monday 12th November at 11.30 am.

OUR LADY OF LOURDES CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL – RECEPTION CLASS, SEPTEMBER 2013:
Children who were born between 1st Sept 2008 and 31st August 2009 are eligible.  Forms can be obtained from www.ololschool.enfield.sch.uk or  www.enfield.gov.uk.  Closing date for applications is 15th January 2013.
There will be open mornings on Fridays 16th and 30th November at 9.15 am for prospective parents.  Call the school on 8361 0767 for an appointment to attend either morning.

PRIMARY SCHOOL PRIEST REFERENCE FORM SIGNING:
This will take place on Monday 10th December.  Details will be announced nearer the time.

OLD MOBILE PHONES WANTED:
“I have a child in my class who is severely autistic and struggles with the curriculum. Hearts and Minds collects old mobile phones in exchange for a brand new iPad, which will help him with his schoolwork.  I need to collect 136 phones to exchange for an iPad.   Please could you help by donating your old phone - it can be any mobile phone as long as it still has the battery in the back. It does not need a charger.   There is a box at the back of the church for the phones.
