CAFOD:
Next Friday is Harvest Fast Day. There will be a collection after all Masses next weekend. Envelopes are available at the back of the Church today for your donations. If you are a UK tax payer please consider completing the gift aid form attached to the envelope – thank you.
CHIEF SCOUT’S AWARD:
Congratulations to Jane Landi who has been awarded The Chief Scout’s Award in recognition of 30 years service to Scouting.
TOWARDS LEADERSHIP IN A CATHOLIC SCHOOL for Catholic teachers currently working in non-Catholic schools.

The times and dates of some of our local schools’ Open Evenings for those moving on this year are on the notice board.
GROWING IN FAITH:
A big thank you to all those who have responded so generously in the past week. Fr Tom and Fr Vincent will be contacting more Parishioners over the coming week.
BAPTISM APPLICATIONS:
The next date for Baptism application is Monday 1st October. Please come to the Parish Centre between 7 – 8 pm. The second part of the course follows on Monday 8th October.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION PROGRAMME:
This year’s programme starts with the parents meeting on Tuesday, October 2nd at 8 pm. The children meet on Saturday 6th and mass for the whole family is on Sunday at 11.15 am.
BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP:
We now have a team of Volunteers who have been trained to provide support to people who have been bereaved. Support will be offered automatically to those newly bereaved, but if you have been bereaved in the past couple of years and feel you may benefit from this please contact the Parish Office.
22nd SOUTHGATE CUB SCOUT PACK:

MACMILLAN COFFEE MORNING:
Coffee and cakes in the Hall after all morning masses today (Sunday). All welcome.
RCIA COURSE:
If you are interested in becoming a Catholic, or would like to know more about being a Catholic the RCIA course will begin on Sunday 7th October at 11.15 am. Please come to the entrance lobby of the Parish Centre.
