CONFIRMATION 2008:
Those of you who have picked up an application form are reminded that they should be returned in person on either 19th or 20th November between 7 – 8 pm at the Parish Centre, where you will be invited to join the Parish Team for a short chat. We will be unable to consider any application after these dates.
KNIGHTS OF ST COLUMBA:
The 9.45 am Mass next Sunday will be a special Mass for the Election of the New Southgate Council with Admission Ceremony and installation of New Members. All welcome.
PLANNED GIVING ENVELOPES:
Our new envelopes are ready for collection from the back of the church today. Please note that they will be in alphabetical order, not numerical order.
OLOL SCHOOL CHOIR:
Our School is looking for a volunteer(s) to run an after school choir, one hour a week any day except Tuesday from 3.30 – 4.30 pm. You would need to be able to play the piano. Please contact the school office on 8361 0767 and ask for Sam. There is a poster in the Hall for further information.
MEAL TIME SUPERVISOR:
The school is also looking for a temporary supervisor for the Spring term. Please call the school office on the above number if you are interested.
ADULT READERS CRB FORMS:
There is an important letter in the Paper Shop concerning your CRB forms, which must be collected as soon as possible. If anyone else is having problems completing their forms, please call Nicky on 0208 882 2085.
WINTER SHELTER VOLUNTEERS:
Help is needed for Saturdays at the Winter Shelter scheme. Please contact Sally Lee on 8361 5358.
EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS:
If anyone feels that they could offer themselves as a Eucharistic Minister for this parish, please have a word with Fr Tom or Fr Damian.
PARISH COUNCIL:

VOLUNTEER’S CHRISTMAS PARTY:
Our Annual Christmas Party, which is given for all of you who help around the Parish during the year, is on Saturday 8th December at 7.30 pm. Please come! It’s especially for you, and we very much want to see you there. This is our way of thanking you for all that you do during the year.
