Acts 2: 14: 22-33 It is the feast of Pentecost and Peter preaches to the gathered crowds about the resurrection of Jesus. 1 Peter 1: 17-21 It is through the blood of Jesus, whom God raised from the dead, that we now have faith in God. Luke 24: 13-35 Two disciples on the road to Emmaus are joined on the road by the risen Jesus, who explains the scriptures to them and helps them to make sense of his death and why it was necessary.
