Exodus 34: 4-6. 8-9
On Mount Sinai Moses encounters God as a God of tenderness and compassion. 

2 Corinthians 13: 11-13
St Paul urges the Christians at Corinth to live in the love, grace and fellowship of God, who is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. 

John 3: 16-18
Jesus was sent by the Father out of love, not to condemn the world but to save it.
