Joshua 5: 9-12
The Israelites finally reach the promised land of Canaan where they settle.  There they celebrate Passover.  God stops providing manna once the Israelites grow their own produce.

2 Corinthians 5: 17-21
Those who live in Christ live in new creation where God has reconciled himself to his people through Christ.  We are Christ’s ambassadors and we are to encourage others to be reconciled through him.

Luke 15: 1-3. 11-32
Jesus sits with tax collectors and sinners. The Pharisees watch and complain, so Jesus tells the parable of the prodigal son to all his listeners.
