Isaiah 55: 10-11 Isaiah compares the meaning and sequence of natural events with the power of God’s creative word, which never fails to achieve its purpose. Romans 8: 18-23 Redeemed humanity and all of creation share in the hope of eternal glory. Matthew 13: 1-23 Seeds are scattered on the earth and fall on hard, poor and rich soil. This process is compared with the proclamation of the reign of God.
