FR KEVIN MOULE:

This is Fr Kevin’s last weekend with us.  We wish him well in his new Parish of Radlett & Shenley and thank him for all he has done here over the past two years.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2012:

All those who completed the form for either of our First Communion Courses, are asked to sign up for an appointment with the priests.  Please choose a slot from the list in the Paper Shop.

DIOCESAN COLLECTIONS:

There will be a collection next weekend after all Masses for the following Diocesan charities: Racial Justice, Catholic Youth Service and the Agency for Evangelisation.  Please be as generous as you can.  Thank you.

PILGRIMAGE TO FATIMA:

November 20th – 26th full board and excursions £579.  Please contact Mrs Mozzi for further details on 020 8472 0843.

ED NORMAN RIP:

The Requiem Mass is on Monday 12th September at 10 am.

LILIAN HINTON RIP:

The body will be received into the church on Thursday 15th September at 6.30 pm.  The funeral will follow on Friday morning at 10 am.

NEW TRANSLATION OF THE MASS:

The new translation of the Mass  begins this weekend.  Sheets will be available for everyone to use.  Please return these sheets at the end of Mass

RCIA:

If you would like to know more about the Catholic Faith or are thinking about becoming a Catholic then the RCIA course is ideal for you.  There are application forms available from the Sacristy and our next course will begin in October, and runs to the following Easter time.

BAPTISM COURSE:

The September course continues on Monday 12th, at 7.30 pm in the Small Hall.

FAIR TRADE:

Our Fair Trade stall today is fully stocked, with everything at pre-August new catalogue prices.

BISHOP JOHN SHERRINGTON:

Bishop John will be ordained as an auxiliary Bishop for this Diocese on Wednesday, September 14th, at 12 noon at the Cathedral.  Please remember him in your prayers.

CAR PARK CLEANING;

Volunteers are invited to help clean the Car Park on Saturday 1st October from 9am.  New Volunteers most welcome.

BEAVERS:

Our Beaver Colony will be moving back to Monday evenings, starting on 12th September at 5 pm in the Parish Hall.  Cubs and Scouts also restart this week at the usual times.
