| Celebration of Priesthood |

On Friday June 18th we invited all the priests who have served in the parish over the years to return for a Mass in celebration of priesthood. And, so long as they weren't dead, or ill, or on a different continent, they all came. Unfortunately, England were playing in the World Cup that night, but those who heard Mass could only give thanks afterwards for missing the match. Those who chose football missed a wonderful occasion, and suffered through one of the worst England performances in recent times. We will put up a gallery of more photos from the event, but here are a couple to keep you going in the meantime.
