CATHOLIC LIFE:

FAIR TRADE CHOCOLATE PRICE CRUNCH:

CEMETERY MASS:

COMBONI MISSIONARIES APPEAL:

MRS RITA MANUELPILLAI  RIP
The body will be received into church on Wednesday, June 10th at 5.30 pm, followed by the Requiem on Thursday at 10 am. 

CEMETERY MASS:
The annual Cemetery Mass will take place at 11.00am on Saturday 6th June in Brunswick Park Road Cemetery near the Statue of Our Lady of Lourdes.  Volunteers are needed, eg. Eucharistic Ministers, servers and people to lead the singing.  If you are able to help please sign the list in the Church Porch – thank you. 

We also need help to take chairs from the church to the Cemetery and back again.  If you have a van or a large car and are able to help, please speak to Fr. Kevin today.  We will need to start moving chairs at about 10.00am. 

If you think you’ll definitely need to sit down it might be a good idea to bring a folding chair with you – and hats/umbrellas in case it is hot! 

MASS WITH THE NEW ARCHBISHOP:
His Grace, Archbishop Vincent Nichols will celebrate Mass on Tuesday 2nd June at 7.30pm in the Parish Church of S. Edward the Confessor, Finchley Road, Golders Green.  All are welcome. 

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY MASSES:
Please note there will be one Mass only on Monday 25th May at 10am.The Church will be closed after this Mass.

FAIRTRADE:
More and more fair trade is appearing in supermarkets thanks to demand created by small parish stalls like ours.  A prize to everyone who spots the new food (absolutely no need to buy it) on our May Fair Trade Stall today.

SATURDAY CLUB FOR LEARNING DIFFICULTIES/SPECIAL NEEDS:

Kevin Hoare, the Head teacher, is retiring at the end of the summer after over thirty years service.  For tickets to attend a Thanksgiving Mass on 18th June, please call Mrs Fran Kelly at the School (8445 0105).

The May course continues on Monday 11th at 7.30 pm in the Small Hall.

MOTHERS AND TODDLERS:
Our twice weekly (term-time) Mothers and Toddlers meetings start again on Tuesday 21st April, but due to the funeral this particular session will finish early at 10.30 am.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION:

MASS TIMES NEXT WEEK:
There will be daily Mass from Monday to Friday at 10 am, after which the Church will be closed.  Mass is also on Saturday morning at 10 am and the weekend masses are as normal. 

FAIR TRADE STALL:
If you gave up chocolate for Lent and are looking for something better than ordinary Easter egg chocolate you will be happy to know that the Fair Trade stall is open next weekend with fairly traded quality chocolate.
